This plastic surgery involves removal and replacement of the patient's breast implants. This procedure might be required in order to change the size and shape of the breasts, the silicone implant has a shell leak, or there is tightening of the scar tissue around the implant (capsular contracture).

The surgeon will use your original incision for implant removal and replacement.
